Please note that we do not operate from our registered address; as an outreach service, we work remotely to reduce overheads and direct more resources toward supporting our community.
We’re always happy to hear from you. However, please be aware that we are not a crisis service. If you’re in urgent need of help, we encourage you to reach out to emergency services, or a mental health crisis line.
We offer a range of support group sessions each week and regular training workshops designed to help families navigate life caring for a neurodivergent young person. We also have a very active parent support group on Facebook, where other parents are always on hand to help.
Due to waiting lists often being in operation, before completing a referral form for 1-2-1 support, we encourage you to explore our in person and online support groups — they may provide more timely support.
If you feel that you need more detailed support, please complete our Referral Form, and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a 1-2-1 session.
Our staff work a variety of different hours, but our core hours are 10-4pm, Monday to Thursday.
We aim to respond to you within 2 working days.
