Please note that we do not operate from our registered address; as an outreach service, we work remotely to reduce overheads and direct more resources toward supporting our community.
We’re always happy to hear from you. However, please be aware that we are not a crisis service. If you’re in urgent need of help, we encourage you to reach out to emergency services or a mental health crisis line.
We offer a range of support group sessions each week and regular training workshops designed to help families navigate life caring for a neurodivergent young person.
Before completing a referral form, we encourage you to explore these services — they may provide the support you’re looking for.
If you feel that you need more detailed support, please complete our Referral Form, and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a one-to-one session.
Our staff work a variety of different hours, but our core hours are 10-4pm, Monday to Thursday.
We aim to respond to you within 2 working days.
